Security Engineer

Job description

As consultant you are part of a dynamic team that implements TrustBuilder at customer sites. As Security Engineer you will be able to make independently functional and technical designs.
The first six months you will follow a training program in which you will be trained to become a valuable Security Engineer. In the meantime, you will gain experience at TrustBuilder Corporation’s customers, under the supervision of an experienced Security Architect and/or Security Engineer.


You have a wide interest in and you are passionate by IT. You acquired preferably a Master IT and you have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IAM products is an asset, but not a requirement.
You work in a structured, methodical and organized way, you can make priorities and follow up accurately. You are strong in analysis, you are responsible, pragmatic, flexible and stress resistant. You have already a first experience in planning and organizing your job. You like to take initiative and you are a motivated team player. You attach great importance to quality and accuracy, and you document thoroughly.
You will guarantee a constructive and fine interaction and communication with team partners; you will stimulate the mutual sharing of knowledge.

You will be a customer minded and enterprising professional with:

  • knowledge of Linux, LDAP or AD, databases, scripting skills and web protocols
  • a completed training in Information Technology or work experience complemented with the necessary IT certificates
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience in a relevant, technical function
  • if possible, knowledge of and/or certified in LPl, CompTIA A+, CISSP or SSCP
  • a very good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
