How It Works: Setup in Minutes

You don’t need custom code or complex connectors. The entire process is designed to be straightforward:

1. Create an Enterprise App in your Microsoft Entra ID admin center.
2. Configure Provisioning using your unique TrustBuilder SCIM tenant URL and a secret token.
3. Map Key Attributes to ensure data like userName and email flow correctly. Only the relevant attributes required for MFA are synchronized, avoiding unnecessary redundancy and keeping things simple.
4. Assign Users to the application.

That’s it. Entra ID takes over, synchronizing automatically every 40 minutes or on-demand when you need an immediate sync. You can even configure TrustBuilder to automatically send activation emails to new users.
