As we continue to expand our offerings and client base, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Professional Services to lead our team of Solution Architects and Delivery Consultants.

Role description

The Head of Professional Services at TrustBuilder will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our identity and access management solutions to our clients. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President Operations & Services, the incumbent will lead a team of solution architects and delivery consultants to ensure the timely and effective implementation of our solutions across various client environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the professional services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize their potential and drive professional growth.

    • Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasizing the importance of understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions.

    • Running the PS activity P&L and maximize financial performance of this activity (revenue and profitability).
  2. Solution Architecture:
    • Oversee the design and architecture of TrustBuilder’s identity and access management solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry best practices, and company standards.

    • Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, product management, and R&D teams to translate customer needs into actionable solution designs and implementation plans.

  3. Delivery Excellence:
    • Drive the successful implementation and deployment of Trustbuilder solutions, adhering to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.

    • Provide oversight and support for project delivery activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

    • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and issues proactively and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

  4. Customer Engagement and Satisfaction:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment between client objectives and Trustbuilder solutions.

    • Act as the escalation point for customer issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

    • Champion a culture of customer success and satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.

  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Lead initiatives to optimize and standardize professional services processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to identity and access management, leveraging insights to enhance TrustBuilder’s service offerings.

Do we have a match?

This is what we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience of 10 years in a leadership role within professional services, preferably in the software industry, with a focus on solution architecture and implementation.

  • Experience is running a Professional Services organization as a P&L

  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, technologies, and frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven track record of driving customer success and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) is desirable.

  • Languages skills: English, Dutch and French.
